Terms and conditions of sale

These conditions govern the sale of products marketed through

Sales are governed by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 and, for Internet sales, by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70.

All products offered for sale on are generally present in our warehouse. Due to the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users, StudioSkin reserves the right, once received the order, to check the availability of the asset and, failing that, to promptly notify the non-acceptance of the order sent . No responsibility can be attributed to StudioSkin for errors on the order, as for every order placed there is sent automatically and immediately an email order summary on your inbox. This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

For every order made StudioSkin will issue an invoice if it is requested in order completion and is sent together with the package. No variation will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

All prices published on are expressed in  € EURO.
The prices shown are not inclusive of shipping costs that will be calculated and displayed at the time of order confirmation except for any discounts, offers and / or promotions.

The shipment takes place on average in 1-2 working days on the national territory. The operating modes and shipping rates are detailed on the Shipping and Delivery page.

Payment methods

All payments on are safe and guaranteed.
We offer you the following payment methods that can be adapted to your needs:

Paypal: allows you to make payment online quickly and safely. To use it, you must have an active Paypal account.
Credit cards: relying on PayPal even without an active PayPal account.
Bank transfer: the coordinates will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping and consignment

Shipping takes place on average within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment. The order is processed from Monday to Friday and delivered to the courier. The courier delivery takes place normally within 1-2 working days. For islands and special areas times may vary from 1-2 days. Shipping costs are indicated in the cart before ordering.

Damaged or defective products

It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the completeness of the contents of the packages and their status before accepting the delivery made by the courier. In the event that the Customer receives damaged or incomplete packages, he is invited to collect only the intact and complete packages and to return the others to the sender. StudioSkin will replace them and return the new ones. If the damaged or missing products are exhausted, the customer will be contacted and will be offered replacement products. Alternatively we will return what has already been paid.

Right of withdrawal

All purchases on are subject to the regulation of Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014, which guarantees the right of withdrawal to the Customer. The exercise of this right is regulated as follows. The returned products must be intact unopened and in the original packaging: For damaged or altered products it will not be possible to use the right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the Customer must:

Send a registered letter with an email to within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods or by sending a communication stating the following:

  1. The item for return and code.
  2. The reason for returning goods.
  3. The invoice number.
  4. The order number.
  5. The order date.
  6. The bank details and (IBAN), which we will use for refund.

Then wait for our return authorisation e-mail, within 14 days of receipt of the return authorisation email, the customer must send by courier, at his own expense, the products for return.
